Definition of sport:

Sport is a way to relax and to exercise while enjoying yourself. Sport is played all over the world. The most popular sports played in Ireland are football and hurling.(2) Sport helps to maintain good health habits, which helps to improve the quality of life. Sport can also help to reduce body and increase the basic metabolic rate and reduces your appetite. To maintain this you should play sport / exercise at least three times a week. Examples of sports activities which help to maintain body weight are:

(2) Running
(3) Jogging
(4) Cycling
(5) Swimming etc.
(3) There are also different types of out door sports such as fishing, cycling, skiing, mountain biking etc. Playing outdoors sports also helps you with your exercise and breathing.
(4) Playing sports is a lot better than sitting in home and watching television all day; it is a lot healthier for you.
